TRAIN is designed for athletes seeking a well-rounded class that prioritises general physical preparedness (GPP). This class is perfect for those who want to improve across all areas of fitness—strength, endurance, skill, and conditioning—without specialising in a specific discipline. 

Lift

LIFT focuses on OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING. Namely, The Snatch, The Clean and The Jerk. You’ll learn the techniques and develop the strength to produce power under the bar. For beginners to advanced lifters.

Endurance

ENDURANCE is a HYROX inspired class designed to build your engine. Great for those looking to improve on the bike, ski or rower or add extra conditioning to their lives.

Gymnastics

Pull-ups, handstands, muscle-ups and pushups of all kinds. This class focuses on all mater of ways you can move your body over, under, around and upside down.
