TRAIN is designed for athletes seeking a well-rounded training program that prioritises general physical preparedness (GPP). This class is perfect for those who want to improve across all areas of fitness—strength, endurance, skill, and conditioning—without specialising in a specific discipline.

TRAIN combines traditional Strength & Conditioning with Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, yoga and pilates. While every class varies in focus from day to day, we consistently work toward common goals: health and longevity.

Our training cycles and progressions will help you build enduring fitness without over-emphasizing competitive results. The cycles and progressions are built with your long term health and development in mind.

TRAIN is suitable for all levels!

Endurance

Excited to try out a Hyrox race? Or maybe you just want to tune up your engine, boost your VO2 Max and get better at moving faster for longer.

ENDURANCE is a 90 minute class conditioning class that delivers the perfect mix of cardio power and functional strength. You’ll move through structured run intervals, tackle performance-focused stations, and develop the durability that separates finishers from racers.

Ready to elevate your lifting game? Or looking to sharpen your technique, build real strength, and master the explosive power that defines Olympic weightlifting?

This focused training session breaks down the snatch, clean, and jerk into clear, coach-guided progressions that help you move with speed, precision, and confidence. You’ll develop mobility, stability, timing, and barbell mechanics—all while stacking plates and dialing in your form. Come prepared to lift with purpose, chase technical mastery, and unlock the kind of strength that moves differently.
