PhysEd is a gym built on a simple idea: training should help you feel better, move better, and live better — not just look better.

We offer small group classes and personal training focused on building real strength, improving mobility, and helping you move with confidence. Every session is guided, so you know exactly what to do and how to progress.

who is phys Ed?

Sandy Williams is the Head Coach at PhysEd; a former professional dancer, and performance specialist with 25+ years of experience in movement, dance, and athletic training. 

Sandy was a longtime member of Rosas, the world-renowned contemporary dance company led by Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker and performed internationally throughout a 25-year career as both dancer and choreographer.

With a degree in Kinesiology and 10+ years of coaching experience, Sandy specializes in strength and conditioning, injury prevention, Crossfit and performance optimization for both amateur and professional athletes. Combining elite dance expertise with sports science, Sandy delivers results-driven training programs designed to improve mobility, strength, and overall performance.
