who is phys Ed?
Sandy Williams is the Head Coach at PhysEd; a former professional dancer, and performance specialist with 25+ years of experience in movement, dance, and athletic training.
Sandy was a longtime member of Rosas, the world-renowned contemporary dance company led by Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker and performed internationally throughout a 25-year career as both dancer and choreographer.
With a degree in Kinesiology and 10+ years of coaching experience, Sandy specializes in strength and conditioning, injury prevention, Crossfit and performance optimisation for both amateur and professional athletes. Combining elite dance expertise with sports science, Sandy delivers results-driven training programs designed to improve mobility, strength, and overall performance.

Getting started is simple
BOOK A FREE CLASS:
All our classes are adaptable to every skill and fitness level. Whether you’re completely new to training, getting back into fitness, or managing an injury, our experienced coaches will help you modify any exercise so you can train safely and confidently.
SHOW UP:
First time at a gym can be intimidating - but don’t worry, we got you.
Each class starts with a comprehensive warm-up before moving into strength and conditioning training. Our coaches will clearly explain and demonstrate every movement, making sure you train at your level and progress at your own pace.
We have changing rooms and showers available, so you can train before or after work and all our athletes are always psyched to have new folks in class.
